Jewelry Care
Silver, Bronze, and Copper patinas with time, and the original luster can be restored with a polishing cloth and proper polish. Store jewelry in a box or bag to prevent tarnishing, avoid contact with harsh chemicals (such as perfume, chlorine and detergents), and dry your piece thoroughly when it gets wet. To clean - soak jewelry in warm water with mild soap and gently scrub with a soft bristled brush or toothbrush.
The Metals
Copper and bronze may turn your skin a greenish color, which is a natural reaction to its chemical makeup, isn’t harmful, and washes off. The metal surfaces can be polished with beeswax, which can help prevent this reaction. The waxing isn’t necessary in most cases but can be applied if you choose to do so.
