Ready to Ship
In stock items are marked as “Ready to Ship” in the product description, on order will ship within 2 business days.
Made to Order
All other items are marked as “Made to Order” in the product description, and if a certain size is needed, upon order placement will initiate production and will generally take 1-2 weeks. If you purchase a Made to Order item, it will be crafted as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction. We strive to get orders fulfilled as soon as possible. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to me at marcus@cherokeesilverarts.com and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Domestic Shipping Within the United States is Free for your Order
Domestic orders are eligible for free shipping with tracking Via USPS Priority Service. All jewelry is shipped via USPS Priority and fully insured; a signature will be required for values above $1,000.00.
International Shipping
International order customers are responsible for shipping and other fees. Please email marcus@cherokeesilverarts.com for a shipping rate. Please provide your destination address for the shipping quote. I will provide an invoice to you for the shipping fees or other needed for UPS, USPS or DHL depending on your destination. There may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. In this case the recipient is responsible for payment.
Returns
The utmost quality and purpose are put into each piece. If for some reason you are not satisfied, exchanges are accepted for online store credit or refund within a 14 day inspection period of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition with tracking and insured for its value. You will receive a credit via email, or refund once the returned items are received and inspected that they are in original condition as sent out from the studio. Store credits do not expire. Refunds will be credited on our end as soon as possible and what is standard for your bank to process back to your card. To set up a return please email marcus@cherokeesilverarts.com with your order number. We will provide an address to return your Item. Custom orders are not exchangeable. The customer is responsible for return shipping carrier charges, insurance and tracking. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
